Zacharia Frey is led by Carl B. Zacharia and Ehren J. Frey. The firm grew out of the Bonita Springs office of Zacharia Brown, the Western Pennsylvania elder-law firm Mr. Zacharia helped build. Mr. Zacharia has practiced elder law since 1995 and is the author of Florida Long-Term Care and Medicaid.
