5. AI-Assisted Analysis

Our Firm may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in analyzing estate planning intake data. When AI tools are used, all personally identifiable information is removed (anonymized) before the data is processed. No client names, addresses, Social Security numbers, or other identifying details are transmitted to any third-party AI service. The anonymized analysis is used solely to assist our attorneys in preparing for client consultations.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Site and delivering services, including:

Cloud hosting and database services (for secure data storage)
Email delivery services (for communications)
Document storage services (for uploaded files)

The Meta Pixel

Most pages of our Site load the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company that operates Facebook and Instagram). We use it to understand how visitors reach and use the Site and to measure the results of our advertising. When a page loads the pixel, your browser contacts Meta directly, and Meta receives:

the address of the page you are viewing and the address of the page that referred you to it;
technical information your browser sends with any request, such as your IP address, browser type, screen size, and language;
an identifier that Meta stores in a cookie named _fbp, and referral information that the pixel keeps in your browser’s local storage; and
the name of certain actions taken on the Site, such as that a page was viewed, that an educational tool was started, or that its results were shown.

We have turned off the pixel’s automatic collection of button and link clicks. Meta acts on its own behalf as well as ours and may combine this information with other information it holds about you, including your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The pixel is not loaded on pages where you enter or view your own financial details in our My Estate Tomorrow tool.

Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies, and clear local storage, in your browser’s settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Site.
A browser extension or setting that blocks tracking scripts will prevent the pixel from loading. The Site works without it.
If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can review and disconnect activity that businesses share with Meta, and adjust how it is used for advertising, in your Meta account settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law. Please note that we may be required to retain certain information to comply with legal and professional obligations.
