Carl continues his of counsel relationship with Zacharia Brown & Bratkovich, ensuring that the firm's Pennsylvania clients remain in trusted hands.

Joining Carl is Ehren J. Frey, a Law Review editor and top-of-class law school graduate who has spent ten years developing deep expertise in Florida financial and estate planning.
